I’m excited to release this brand new recording of ‘Black Cloud.’ Written by Dave Reese, Tim Ward, and myself in 2001-2002, and originally released by Scream Sophie on ‘Secrets In A Jar,’ it’s always been one of my favorite compositions. As we approach the 25th anniversary of 9/11, it also has a special meaning to me. We never forget.
There are also a couple of “easter eggs,” or nods to bands that were very influential to me as a songwriter, performer, and producer. See if you can spot them. Rock on!
